Born and raised on an island off the coast of Norway, photographer Marie Forsberg fell in the love with the rolling meadows and charming villages of the English countryside on a trip to London.

The wealth of produce from local markets and farms led her to reconnect with the culinary roots of her upbringing, creating a cooking style of her own in the process.

In her debut cookbook, Marie shares seasonal recipes and sumptuous photography that will transport any food lover and Anglophile to the country lanes and quaint towns of England.
