Slavic salad with crabmeat and Green spinach pierogi with kasza, Polish kimchi with venison, Krupnik sours and Apple pie vodkas, Old-style rose-filled doughnuts… magical recipes like these are placed within the context of Poland's wild and rocky history, its geography, romance and ever-changing people.
